Meet Naomi Vallance
Dental Assistant/Receptionist
From the moment you walk through the door at Hervey Bay Dental, Naomi is likely one of the first friendly faces you’ll meet. As a dental assistant and receptionist, she completed Year 12 in 2025 alongside a Certificate II in Health Support Services, and was drawn to the dental field for the variety it offers. To Naomi, no two days look exactly the same, and there is always something new to learn.
What Makes Her Day
The most rewarding part of Naomi’s role is making a difference in the small moments. Whether it’s helping patients feel welcome, lending a hand when the team needs it most, or simply brightening someone’s visit, she finds real satisfaction in knowing she has helped make the day run a little more smoothly.
Life Beyond the Practice
Outside of work, Naomi’s passion is writing. It’s her favourite way to unwind and express herself, and she brings that same creativity and thoughtfulness to everything she does at the practice.
