This offer includes a full mouth examination,  scale and polish, fluoride treatment, photographs and a treatment plan if requiring further work. X-rays are not included in this offer. This offer does not include any further treatment which may be required. Results may vary. The $199 is a fixed fee for this promotion and will not be adjusted if you do not require or decline some of the services included in the promotion. Heath funds patients fees will be applied accordingly. Any additional amount paid by your health fund is dependent on your fund fees and is not reimbursable to you, in cash or as a credit, or to your fund.
